Since I lost my whole blog post, which was completely written outside of this website, I will just post a quick changelog, what was added, changed, updated or removed since the last posting.

Features

  • Now, after the battle we can capture enemies and put them into our expedition.
  • If we bring back the expedition, they will get automatically slaves/prisoners. Slaves and prisoners get less food and have low requirements. They can also work on simple peasant fields. But you have to put a guard to them, or they will flee.
  • MapLocations can now move. Bandits even will be moving right to our destination and attack your settlement.
  • There is a chance of new residents coming to your settlement if the happiness is high enough.

Bugfixes

  • Food calculation now works normally. The food count for an expedition was completely wrong.
  • The UI not listens to more ressource changes, so the labels will updated easier.

Updates

  • Since the game progresses real slow, I changed the turn to a 10-day cycle. I even thinking about changing the whole time system to a year goes by way faster then now. Because it really feels boring to play 90 turns before winter is gone. But I will have to think about that since a lot of stuff is connected to the date service.
