Procedural world generation in Godot 4

I am not even sure, if this is something, that is necessary for the game, but even if not, it was still cool, to get in touch with it, and learn the concepts behind it.

After looking in some tutorials and stuff, I figured out, how to generate “realistic”, or at least credible landscapes with noise maps.

This is my first result with a fair amount of water and some sand next to it.
