Quest system

I have written an event system a couple of weeks ago. You can read about it in this post. It worked well up to the point, where I needed to have events, that have a multiday lifetime. So I needed to write a very flexible quest system. Depending on the quest, it should be possible, to create characters for it or add existing residents or other people to the quest events. Also, the system should be able to create map locations or add values or triggers to existing units or locations.

Depending on the choices or outcomes, that happened during the quest, the quest system also needs to handle the consequences properly.
